Building a Luxury Brand in the Sky
Founded with a focus on redefining the flying experience, STARLUX Airlines started operations with routes to Macau, Penang, and Da Nang in 2020. The airline’s Airbus A350-900 aircraft, used on trans-Pacific routes, offers exceptional comfort with four service cabins:
- First-Class Suites – 4 ultraluxe seats
- Business Class Pods – 26 private spaces
- Premium Economy – 36 spacious recliners
- Economy – 240 ergonomically designed seats
On top of North American ventures, STARLUX serves 23 Asian destinations using its state-of-the-art fleet, including the Airbus A321neo, A330neo, and A350 aircraft.
Connecting Asia and Seattle

STARLUX’s new Seattle route will initially operate three flights a week, with plans to expand to daily service by early 2025. This new addition brings SEA’s international portfolio to a remarkable 53 nonstop routes, served by 27 airlines.
Partnership with Alaska Airlines

Building on its vision of seamless connectivity, STARLUX signed a codeshare agreement with Alaska Airlines in 2023. This strategic partnership allows loyalty program members from both airlines to earn and redeem points on each other’s flights. In addition, passengers can book connecting itineraries with a single ticket, simplifying travel logistics.
Welcome Ceremony Highlights

The inaugural flight was met with a celebratory event, featuring Seattle’s VIPs and traditional entertainment. A ribbon-cutting ceremony added a touch of history to the milestone occasion, symbolizing a bright future for this new route.
Future Prospects and Aspirations

STARLUX Airlines, powered by state-of-the-art Rolls Royce XWB engines, aims to meet growing demand for luxury and convenience. SEA passengers now have another premium choice for trans-Pacific travel. The STARLUX team expressed hopes for providing even more exciting updates as they continue to expand globally.
